TERMS

Terms of Service

Rules for using Reel Showhouse.

Current terms. These Terms govern use of the live Reel Showhouse service, including accounts, community features, moderation, and paid subscriptions.

1. Agreement to these Terms

Effective: October 2, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Reel Showhouse LLC (“Reel Showhouse,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern access to reelshowhouse.com, the Reel Showhouse mobile application, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Reel Showhouse. If the law where you live requires a parent or guardian to consent to your use of the Service, you may use it only with that consent.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activities performed through your account. Do not share passwords or authentication codes. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Usernames are not ownership rights. We may change, reclaim, or restrict usernames when reasonably necessary to address impersonation, abuse, trademark concerns, inactivity, or technical issues.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Reel Showhouse only for lawful personal or permitted business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data in violation of applicable restrictions, upload malware, evade safety systems, misuse reports, impersonate others, or use the Service to harm or harass people.

Additional rules for comments, messages, ratings, Circles, friend requests, and other user-generated content are in our Community Guidelines.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of original content you submit to Reel Showhouse. You grant Reel Showhouse a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and otherwise process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, and moderate the Service.

You are responsible for having the rights necessary to submit your content. Do not post material that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights.

6. Reel Showhouse and third-party content

The Reel Showhouse interface, branding, software, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Movies, television programs, artwork, trailers, names, trademarks, metadata, and streaming-service information may belong to their respective owners or be supplied through third-party services.

Reel Showhouse may link to external websites and services. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, transactions, policies, or practices.

7. Recommendations and availability information

Recommendations, release dates, episode information, streaming availability, cast/crew information, and similar entertainment information can change or contain errors. They are provided for entertainment and informational purposes and are not guaranteed to be complete, current, or available in every location.

8. Subscriptions and purchases

If Reel Showhouse offers paid subscriptions or features, pricing and billing terms will be shown before purchase. Mobile purchases may be processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are also subject to the applicable store’s billing, cancellation, and refund terms.

Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until canceled through the applicable platform or method described at purchase. Deleting a Reel Showhouse account, receiving a moderation restriction, or losing access to some Reel Showhouse features does not necessarily cancel an external app-store subscription. Users should separately manage subscription cancellation through the applicable store unless Reel Showhouse confirms that another action has been taken.

Temporary moderation restrictions may limit community or social features such as commenting, messaging, friend requests, reactions, or similar functionality while leaving personal viewing and tracking features available. Temporary restrictions do not automatically create a refund or credit. Refunds, credits, cancellations, and other billing remedies are handled according to the applicable app store’s rules, applicable law, and the circumstances of the account action.

If Reel Showhouse permanently terminates an account, we may disable access to the Service and, where supported, take reasonable steps to prevent future subscription renewals. Any refund, credit, cancellation, or treatment of a remaining paid subscription period will be handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play policies, applicable law, and the circumstances of the enforcement action. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Moderation, suspension, and termination

We may review reported content and account activity and may remove content, issue warnings, restrict community or account features, temporarily suspend access, or permanently terminate an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or the Community Guidelines, protect users, comply with law, address fraud or security threats, or preserve the integrity of the Service.

Enforcement decisions may consider the severity and context of the conduct, prior violations, repeated or credible reports, attempts to evade enforcement, and other relevant information. A report by itself does not automatically result in enforcement.

Temporary restrictions may apply only to community or social features, including comments, messages, friend requests, reactions, or similar functionality, or may apply more broadly when necessary. Serious, repeated, fraudulent, threatening, or enforcement-evasion conduct may result in immediate or permanent account termination.

You may stop using Reel Showhouse at any time and request account deletion as described at reelshowhouse.com/delete-account.

10. Service changes and availability

Reel Showhouse is evolving. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued, and pre-release features may contain bugs. We do not promise that the Service will always be available or error-free.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reel Showhouse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Reel Showhouse changes. The effective date will be updated when revisions are published. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
