These Community Guidelines apply to the Reel Showhouse service operated by Reel Showhouse LLC.
1. Be respectful
Do not harass, bully, stalk, threaten, intimidate, or repeatedly target another person. Disagreement about a movie, series, performer, or rating is fine; personal abuse is not.
2. No hate or dehumanizing conduct
Do not attack, degrade, or promote hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics. Content praising or encouraging targeted violence or dehumanization may be removed and accounts may be restricted.
3. Keep people safe
Do not make credible threats, encourage real-world violence, share instructions intended to facilitate serious harm, promote sexual exploitation, or use Reel Showhouse to facilitate illegal activity. Content involving sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities when required.
4. Protect privacy
Do not post another person’s private contact information, home address, financial information, authentication credentials, intimate images, or other sensitive personal information without authorization. Do not attempt to identify or expose another user against their wishes.
5. No impersonation, scams, or spam
Do not impersonate another person or organization in a deceptive way, run scams, send repetitive unsolicited messages, manipulate engagement, distribute malware, or use friend requests and Circles for commercial spam.
6. Respect intellectual property
Do not upload or distribute copyrighted, trademarked, or other protected material unless you have the right to do so. Discussing entertainment is welcome; reproducing entire copyrighted works or distributing pirated content is not.
7. Spoilers
Reel Showhouse includes spoiler controls because discussion is part of the experience. Use spoiler warnings or spoiler-designated features when discussing major plot developments in newly released episodes or movies. Deliberately and repeatedly posting spoilers to upset other users may be treated as disruptive behavior.
8. Messages, friends, and Circles
Friendship requires acceptance. Do not pressure someone to accept a request, evade a block using another account, or add someone repeatedly after they decline. Private messages and Circles are still subject to these Guidelines.
9. Reporting and blocking
Reel Showhouse includes tools to report objectionable content and block abusive users. Use reporting tools in good faith. False or coordinated reporting intended to silence another user may itself violate these Guidelines. A report does not automatically result in enforcement; reports may be reviewed together with the reported content, account history, context, and other relevant information.
If an urgent safety issue cannot be handled in-app, contact support@reelshowhouse.com. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
10. Moderation and enforcement
Reel Showhouse may use a graduated enforcement approach that can include content removal, warnings, temporary community restrictions, broader temporary account suspension, or permanent account termination. The appropriate action depends on severity, context, account history, repeated violations, credible reports, fraud, safety risk, and attempts to evade previous enforcement.
Temporary community restrictions may limit features such as commenting, messaging, friend requests, reactions, or other social functionality while allowing personal viewing and tracking features to remain available. More serious temporary restrictions may limit additional access when necessary.
Severe conduct may result in immediate escalation without prior warnings or lesser penalties. This can include credible threats, targeted hate or harassment, scams or fraud, sexual exploitation, serious privacy violations, malicious enforcement evasion, or conduct that creates a significant safety, security, or legal risk.
Permanent account termination may be used for severe or repeated violations. Subscription billing, cancellation, refunds, credits, and remaining paid access are handled separately under the Terms of Service and the applicable app store’s rules.
11. Questions or moderation concerns
